1. Who is responsible for your data?

The KŌMØ operator responsible for this invitation flow processes the data collected through this website for the purposes described below. Contact: contact@komolongevity.com. Final legal publisher details will be maintained in the Legal Notice.

2. Information we collect

When you request an invitation, we collect your first name, email address, city or country, selected experience, attendance profile and any practical note you choose to provide. Standard campaign parameters may also be recorded when present in the link used to reach the website.

Please do not submit health information, medical records or other sensitive information through the public form. It is not designed to collect them.

3. Why we use it

The applicable legal bases may include your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.

4. Service providers and hosting

Vercel is used to host this website. Communication or transactional email providers may be used where configured to deliver invitation requests to the KŌMØ team. Access should remain limited to people who need the information to manage the experience.

5. Retention

Invitation request data may be kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a longer period is required for a confirmed contractual relationship, dispute or legal obligation.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to its processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@komolongevity.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

7. Cookies

This website does not intentionally place advertising cookies by default. Technical logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security and operation. If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies are introduced, the notice and consent mechanism should be updated before activation.

8. Changes

This notice may be updated as the service, provider stack or legal operator evolves. The current version is published on this page.
