KŌMØ Experience is a collection of private hospitality, education and wellbeing experiences built around movement, recovery and longitudinal follow-up. Certain optional services may be medical and, where offered, are governed separately by the relevant qualified professional and local legal framework.

3. The experiences
The Cannes Villa Retreat, Costa Blanca Villa format and KŌMØ Yachting Retreat are invitation- or enquiry-based experiences. Exact venue, vessel, itinerary, hosts, timings and programme modules may change due to safety, weather, clinical appropriateness, availability or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated before confirmation where reasonably possible.
4. Health and medical boundary
KŌMØ functional assessment content is intended to support understanding of movement and physical function and is not, by itself, a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Guests should seek appropriate medical care for symptoms or health concerns.
Any optional medical service — including IV therapy, blood sampling or other clinically regulated activity — requires individual assessment by an appropriately qualified professional, appropriate indication, informed consent where required, and compliance with the law of the place where the service is delivered. Such a service may be declined if not clinically appropriate.
5. Physical and sea activities
Yoga, fitness, swimming, snorkelling, diving and similar activities depend on guest capability, weather, sea state, equipment, qualified supervision where required and vessel/operator safety procedures. Participation may be adapted, postponed or refused when safety requires it.
6. Invitation, confirmation and payment
Submitting an enquiry or invitation request is not a booking and does not take payment. A place or private programme is confirmed only after written acceptance, availability confirmation and any agreed deposit. The final written proposal will define dates, venue or vessel, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment timetable, cancellation conditions and travel or accommodation arrangements.
7. Accommodation and transport
Unless expressly included in a written proposal, villa-retreat accommodation is arranged independently by guests. Yachting accommodation, charter and transport arrangements are governed by the applicable charter or vessel agreement and are not implied by this website.
8. Intellectual property
The KŌMØ name, visual identity, programme design, scoring concepts, site content and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorisation.
9. Liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep website information accurate and experiences safely organised. This website is provided for general information and cannot guarantee uninterrupted technical operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Applicable law
Website terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply. A specific experience or medical service may also be subject to additional laws in the jurisdiction where it is delivered.
